Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other patients.

4. Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions or from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.

8. Medical Records

We maintain comprehensive medical records for all patients in accordance with legal requirements. You have the right to access your records and request copies. We may charge a reasonable fee for copying and transferring records.
